Volokhov V-71 Brigadir

A soviet era jet fighter based on Mig-21 (NATO code 'Fishbed'). It has cockpit and tail layout similar to ones on F-104 Starfighter.
It is fast, maneuverable and eligible for STOL (short takeoff and landing)
This plane has three scripts that enable cannons, rockets and the afterburner (which uses the extra particle effect included in the mod).

And yes, I decided to defy the original designation meaning intended by Rockstar (as in case of V-65 Molotok; V means vertical/short takeoff and landing in U.S. designations,
which is not a suitable thing in Soviet/Russian military as their designations mean the construction bureaus responsible for the aircraft development (MiG - Mikoyan & Gurevich, Su - Sukhoi etc))
As such, I gave a GTA counterpart of Mikoyan-Gurevich which is the Volokhov.

How to install:

1) export 'R V-71 Brigadir' into 'modloader' folder (make sure you have ModLoader installed)

2) leave the ID in 'set.txt' as it is for the proper work of scripts

3) paste the line below into 'gtasa_vehicleAudioSettings.cfg' (make sure you have Fastman92 limit adjuster or a similar plugin)

brigadir 5 -1 -1 0 1.2 1.0 -1 1.0 0 0 3 0 28 0.0

4) paste the line below into 'model_special_features.dat' (same requirement) to make functioning Cheburek Rat-Rod's suspension work

Known bugs/oversights:

Rocket script may conflict with First person mod

As for now the rockets can only be fired in a barrage

While active, afterburner boosts up speed but makes steering harder

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This vehicle doesn't replace any of existing jets. It is recommended to be added separately. Its cockpit has its own animation fixed in .dff, so the
jet has to be a separate vehicle from Hydra of Shamal (which have hardcoded door animations).
